Sharing with reporters of the Investment Electronic Newspaper - Baodautu.vn , a woman living in the HH Linh Dam apartment complex said that 4 years ago, she bought a 62 m2 apartment for about 1.3 billion VND, equivalent to 20 million VND/m2. However, there are currently no apartments for sale at that price.
“The house I am living in was even offered to be bought by a resident here for 2.4 billion VND (about more than 38.7 million VND/m2),” said this woman.

According to many brokers, the lowest price currently being offered is over 1.7 billion VND. This house has an area of 56 m2 and is located on the 41st floor. The rest, most of the apartments for sale will cost from 1.8 - 3.1 billion VND, equivalent to about 39 - 41 million VND/m2.
