Hai Phong organized an art program to welcome the City Party Congress with the theme 'The Party sows seeds, we have flower seasons'.

On the afternoon of September 25, at the City Convention and Performance Center, the Organizing Subcommittee serving the first City Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term held a general rehearsal of the art program to welcome the Congress with the theme "The Party sows seeds, we have flower seasons".

Attending the rehearsal were comrades: Do Manh Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Congress Organization Subcommittee; Nguyen Quang Phuc, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Celebration Team; Dao Trong Duc, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chief of the City Party Committee Office, Head of the Editorial Team; members of the City Arts Council and representatives of the participating units.

Delegates attended and gave comments at the program rehearsal.

Speaking at the rehearsal, Mr. Do Manh Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, emphasized that this art program is academic, luxurious and is one of the new features compared to previous Congresses, demonstrating the stature, mettle and aspiration of the city in the new period. He acknowledged and praised the efforts of the collective team of directors, musicians, artists, symphony orchestra, choir and children who have diligently practiced, created and devoted themselves to creating a large-scale, artistic art program.

He requested relevant units to seriously absorb comments and continue to improve both the artistic content and the form of expression, ensuring high standards worthy of an important political event with the participation of a large number of central and local delegates.

He also requested Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television to step up propaganda and spread the beautiful images and spiritual values ​​of the program to cadres, party members and people, contributing to creating an exciting atmosphere and confidence in the success of the Congress.

The art program "The Party sows seeds, we have flower seasons" is built like a multi-tone epic, opening with President Ho Chi Minh 's journey to find a way to save the country, followed by melodies praising the glorious Party, affirming national strength and faith in the future.

The program is performed by Hai Phong Contemporary Arts Theater with the choir and children of the City Children's Cultural Palace.

On the background of a large-scale academic symphony orchestra and choir, each performance is not only an independent work of art but also a small chapter in the overall political story through music - a story about the aspiration for independence and freedom, about the strength of national unity, about a proud Hai Phong rising after unification.

The songs “Praise to President Ho”, “The Party is my life”, “We are proud to go up, oh Vietnam” resounded like steadfast oaths; “Red Flamboyant City”, “Hai Phong Aspiration” depicted the image of a port city with a rich revolutionary tradition, now empowered with new strength, affirming its pioneering role in the country’s development.

In a subtle combination of chamber music, choir and opera, the program is academic, elegant but still close and emotional, aimed at the delegates attending the Congress and the people of the city through television.
