"Mid-Autumn Festival for Children" program in Tung Vai border commune

On the afternoon of September 22, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Youth Union organized the "Mid-Autumn Festival for Children" program with the theme: "Lanterns light up dreams" at Ta Van Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Tung Vai Commune.

Students in difficult circumstances receive scholarships.

At the program, 359 students reviewed the meaning of the Mid-Autumn Festival, participated in cultural exchanges, played fun folk games, carried lanterns, and enjoyed the feast.

Leaders of Tung Vai Commune People's Committee gave gifts to students to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival.

During the program, the Provincial Youth Union awarded 20 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances; 50 school bags, 50 gifts and 20 cartons of milk to students of the school. On this occasion, the People's Committee of Tung Vai commune, the Ta Van Border Guard Working Group and some units presented many gifts to students of the school.

Students happily broke the cake.

Through the program, we bring joy and laughter to students in difficult border areas; demonstrate the concern of all levels, sectors, organizations and communities in caring for students. Thereby, creating a joyful and warm atmosphere, encouraging the spirit of learning and educating children about national cultural traditions, arousing love for the homeland and country.
