The principal accused of illegal revenue and expenditure was transferred to another school.

TPO - The Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau has decided to transfer Mr. Le Minh Quang - Principal of Le Hong Phong High School (formerly Phan Ngoc Hien High School, old Bac Lieu City) to become Principal of Le Van Dau High School, after the accusation of him spending money in violation of regulations was verified to be true.

Along with the decision to transfer Mr. Le Minh Quang to another school, the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau also decided to assign Mr. Duong Hai Dang - Vice Principal of Le Hong Phong High School to be in charge of the school's operations from September 12, until a decision is made to restructure the principal's personnel.

Previously, as Tien Phong reported, Mr. Le Minh Quang - when he was the Principal of Phan Ngoc Hien High School, was accused by teachers of 5 contents to the competent authority. After that, the former Bac Lieu Department of Education and Training stepped in to verify, concluding that 3 of the accusations were correct, 1 content was partially correct.

Specifically, some of the verified allegations were correct, such as Mr. Quang did not properly implement the teaching hours/year norm, but still received full preferential allowances for teachers for 3 school years from 2021-2022 to present; also during these 3 school years, Mr. Quang directed the collection and disbursement of high school graduation exam review money and scholarship fund money against regulations and instructions.

Afterwards, the Phan Ngoc Hien High School Teachers' Council agreed to review and learn from experience with Mr. Le Minh Quang.
