(DN) - On July 30, according to the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province, in the priority area for compensation, support, and resettlement of the Project to Convert the Function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Commercial - Service Area and Environmental Improvement, there are currently 2 households and individuals (area 2) who have not yet dismantled and relocated their assets.

In these two cases, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward is coordinating to complete the procedures to serve as a basis for issuing a decision to enforce land recovery and house demolition. On that basis, a plan will be developed to organize the demolition of constructions and site clearance before July 31, 2025.

In addition, with 30 cases in area 3 (outside the priority area), the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward is coordinating to consolidate the records to handle complaints and petitions of the above households before July 31, 2025. At the same time, organizing to mobilize and persuade to dismantle and relocate assets to hand over the site before August 31, 2025.

According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the total area of ​​the Project to Convert the Function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Commercial - Service and Environmental Improvement Area is 329 hectares. Of which, the area to be reclaimed and cleared is more than 320 hectares, divided into 3 areas 1, 2 and 3.

Area 1 (Urban - Commercial - Service Area) has an area of ​​over 50 hectares and Area 2 (Provincial Political - Administrative Center Area) has an area of ​​over 103 hectares are priority areas for compensation. Meanwhile, Area 3 (Urban - Commercial - Service Area) has an area of ​​about 175 hectares.

In the area implementing the Project of Converting the function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Commercial - Service Area and improving the environment, there are 355 cases of households and individuals who must relocate and hand over the site. Up to now, 323 cases have been mobilized to relocate and clear, reaching nearly 91%. For the remaining 32 cases that have not yet dismantled and relocated assets, the authorities have mobilized 5 cases to commit to handing over the site; 27 cases have been mobilized but people have not agreed to hand over the site.
