On September 8, the Lam Dong Provincial Police One-Stop Unit officially came into operation at No. 19, Tran Phu Street, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat. This is an important task in the administrative reform process of the local police force, instead of having to go to the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, where the police units were previously scattered and unfocused. Investing in a separate, spacious, and synchronous facility has brought obvious convenience to the people.

During the first three days of operation, the Lam Dong Provincial Police One-Stop-Shop received more than 2,044 files in many different fields.

The staff here always serve the people with enthusiasm and thoughtfulness.

Within the first three days of operation, the One-Stop-Shop has received more than 2,000 applications in many different fields. Of which, the field of administrative management of social order accounts for the largest number with more than 600 applications. Next is the issuance of criminal records with more than 500 applications.

In addition, there are nearly 500 files in the field of traffic and more than 400 files related to immigration management. These numbers show the great demand of the people for public administrative services as well as trust in the new way of working of the Provincial Police.

People's requests are resolved quickly.

Entering the one-stop area, it is easy to see the serious but open and friendly working atmosphere. People sit neatly on the waiting chairs, holding their queue numbers, watching the electronic board and preparing their documents. At the reception counter, officers and soldiers in neat uniforms always greet each other warmly and give specific instructions on each procedure.

Here, signs and information boards are arranged scientifically and easily seen, helping people quickly find the services they need. There is no longer a scene of jostling, confusion or spending a lot of time asking questions like before, instead there is a clear, transparent and quick process.

Along with the investment and modernization of the provincial one-stop shop, from September 15, the police of communes and wards across Lam Dong province will also simultaneously put into operation their own one-stop shop. This is an important step to expand convenience to the grassroots, the place closest to the people.

Currently, most of the commune and ward police headquarters have been repaired and built spaciously, with modern and friendly reception areas. This promises to help people not have to go far, but still have access to high-quality public services right in their locality.
