Opening of the preparatory session of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress...

On the afternoon of September 29, at the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Hall, the 1st Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, held a preparatory session.

The Congress was chaired by comrades: Nguyen Dinh Trung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee; Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Huynh Thi Chien Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Also attending the Congress were leaders of departments and bureaus under the Central Party Committees; comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee and 499 official delegates representing more than 137,000 party members of 106 grassroots party organizations.

Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung delivered the opening speech at the preparatory session.

Speaking at the opening of the preparatory session, Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung emphasized: The first Congress of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee , term 2025-2030 is a Congress of historical significance, marking an important milestone after the new Dak Lak province was established on the basis of merging the two provinces of Dak Lak and Phu Yen . The Congress was held in a new context and situation, demonstrating the highest political determination of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in building Dak Lak province to develop rapidly, sustainably, civilized, and with identity, contributing worthily to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation in the new era.

With the content and requirements set out, the preparatory session is very important, contributing to the success of the Congress. In order for the preparatory session as well as the official Congress to achieve results, comrade Nguyen Dinh Trung requested each delegate to promote the spirit of democracy and responsibility to the maximum, focus on discussion, contribute profound opinions and vote to approve the contents according to the proposed program...

At the preparatory session, the congress elected the Presidium; Secretariat; and the Delegate Qualification Examination Board. Accordingly, the delegates elected the Congress Presidium consisting of 12 comrades: Nguyen Dinh Trung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Huynh Thi Chien Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Y Giang Gry Nie Knong, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Thuong Hai, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Organization Committee; Tran Trung Hien, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee; Nguyen Quoc Hoan, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Internal Affairs Committee; Dinh Thi Thu Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Phan Thanh Tam, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police; Nie Ta, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command.

The Secretariat consists of 3 comrades: Nguyen Dinh Vien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Office; Le Dao An Xuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and comrade Phuc Binh Nie Kdam, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission. The Delegate Qualification Examination Committee consists of 13 comrades, headed by comrade Tran Trung Hien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

Delegates voted to approve the congress agenda.

Next, the Presidium of the congress approved the program, rules and regulations of the congress; discussed orientations and divided into discussion groups; discussed in groups the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress and documents to be submitted to the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

Before the preparatory session, delegates attending the 1st Congress of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, offered incense at the Provincial Martyrs Temple and offered flowers and incense at the Dak Lak Provincial Martyrs Cemetery. In a solemn atmosphere, with infinite gratitude, the delegation observed a moment of silence, remembering the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh; the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroic Martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the resistance war, liberated the nation, protected the Fatherland, for the peace, prosperity and happiness of the people.

Tomorrow, September 30, the first Congress of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, will hold its official session. The theme of the Congress is: "Promoting the strength of solidarity, building a clean, strong Party and political system, operating effectively, efficiently and effectively; ensuring national defense and security; determined to successfully implement goals and tasks by 2030; building Dak Lak province to develop rapidly, sustainably, civilized, and with identity" and the motto of the Congress is: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development".

Delegates attending the 1st Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 offered incense at the Provincial Martyrs' Temple and offered flowers and incense at the Dak Lak Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.

The congress will focus on two main contents: summarizing the implementation of the resolution of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, determining the directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term; discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
