The police also verified the unit that made the promotional video of circus artists "stacking heads" on motorbikes and invited a representative to come and work.

Initially, circus artist Quoc Nghiep reported that the video circulating online was an advertisement for an electric vehicle brand. The Quoc Co - Quoc Nghiep brothers had an advertising contract and complete documents. The area where the advertisement was filmed was the TV apartment building in An Khanh ward, Thu Duc city, which was carefully fenced off; the unit related to the advertising contract had "asked permission" from the local management agency.
