Announcing the decision to establish party committees and branches in the Border Guard

On the afternoon of July 18, the Party Committee of the Border Guard Command of An Giang province held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee and affiliated Party cells; appoint the Executive Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Party Cell Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Van Hiep (Standing Committee member, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Border Guard Command of An Giang province) emphasized that the establishment of the Party Committee and affiliated Party cells is an important milestone, affirming the position, core role, and leadership of the units in the cause of managing and protecting territorial sovereignty and security of sea and island borders.

Colonel Nguyen Van Hiep presented the decision to border units on sea, island, special zone and adjacent to Kampot province (Kingdom of Cambodia)

Colonel Nguyen Van Hiep requested that secretaries and deputy secretaries of branches and party committees urgently complete leadership regulations and working regulations to lead, direct and operate their units to carry out tasks. Closely coordinate with forces, Party committees and local authorities to well perform the task of managing and firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of sea and island borders in the new situation.

Colonel Pham Van Thang handed over the decision to the border posts adjacent to Takeo and Kandal provinces.

On the same day, at the border defense units of the province, Colonel Pham Van Thang (Standing Committee member, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Border Guard Command of An Giang province) announced the decisions to establish party committees and branches under the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command; appointed the executive committee of the party committee, branch, secretary, deputy secretary of the party committee, branch committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
