Da Nang: Nearly 3,000 graduates of the University of Economics are approached and given job opportunities

ĐNO - From July 11-16, the University of Economics (DUE) - Danang University organized the 2nd Graduation Ceremony for the 2025 regular university program for nearly 3,000 students.

Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh - Vice Principal of DUE School - University of Danang said that this is a series of events aiming to celebrate the 50th anniversary of DUE School (1975 - 2025), which is also an important milestone in the study and training of thousands of new graduates in the following majors: Law, Political Theory, Tourism, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Statistics - Informatics, International Business, Marketing, Finance - Banking, Banking - Commerce - Electronics.

A special feature of DUE School is that the graduation ceremony is held to "cover" each faculty and major with the full participation of teachers, new graduates, family and friends to share the joy. Out of the total of nearly 3,000 full-time university graduates this time, 30 students graduated as valedictorians of their majors and received the Principal's Certificate of Merit; 1,334 students received the Principal's Certificate of Merit with high achievements (including: 295 students graduated with honors, 1,035 students graduated with honors and 4 Laotian students were honored to receive their graduation certificates).

Previously, on July 10, DUE School coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs and the Da Nang City Young Entrepreneurs Association to organize the 9th Student Job Fair, attracting more than 100 businesses to participate, providing more than 8,000 recruitment positions for recent university graduates and workers in the city.

Every year, DUE School trains and provides the labor market with thousands of highly qualified bachelors, masters and doctors, meeting the increasingly strict requirements of society. In addition, the school always focuses on career guidance and business connections, ensuring that the curriculum is always closely linked to the needs of the labor market, improving the competitiveness of students after graduation.
