Da Nang launches digital assistant and free digital Popular Education Portal for people

On July 9, Mr. Tran Ngoc Thach, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City, said that he has deployed digital assistants and a digital Popular Education Portal to improve the digital capacity of the community.

Officials guide people through administrative procedures

This department has put into use Danang AI - a digital assistant platform that synthesizes answers to 2,102 administrative procedures of the city, including 1,721 administrative procedures carried out by departments, branches, People's Committees of wards, communes, and special zones and 381 administrative procedures deployed by the Police.

In addition, Danang AI also supports providing socio -economic information, events, receiving feedback from people and connecting to the 1022 Feedback Portal. People can easily access through many channels such as: Danang Smart City application, Public Service Portal 1022.vn, chat.1022.vn, e-government website danang.gov.vn. Agencies and units are also encouraged to integrate this tool for free into their information portal to enhance service.

The Department of Science and Technology also proposed updating and adding new data sources under the management authority of agencies and localities to provide to people and organizations through Danang AI assistant; communicating and guiding people to use digital assistants at the Public Administration Service Center area or combining them in organizing events, seminars, etc. At the same time, deploying Danang AI digital assistant to officials and civil servants to participate in using it at least once a week for lookup and Q&A.

At the same time, the city also introduced two digital legal assistant tools developed by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Viettel Group and the Ministry of Justice , respectively at https://trolyaocanbocongchuc.dx.gov.vn and https://ai.phapluat.gov.vn, to support searching, professional guidance, decentralization, delegation of authority and legal advice for cadres, civil servants and public employees.

For the Digital Popular Education Portal, people can access it at: https://binhdanhocvuso.danang.gov.vn/. Up to now, the information page has published more than 70 articles, 20 documents; updated more than 100 news related to the field of artificial intelligence and digital transformation, helping people access information quickly and accurately.

Outstanding features on the online learning platform include vivid, easy-to-understand, and realistic lecture videos . To date, the Department has deployed 20 slides and lecture videos on the online platform, including courses for target groups such as: "Office AI Applications" course, "Basic AI Applications (Part 1)" course, "Basic AI for Marketing" course, "AI Applications for Teachers" course. Learners can take tests, interact, earn points, and receive gifts.
