The delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh , revolutionary predecessors and heroic martyrs. The delegation vowed to be absolutely loyal to the regime and the revolutionary path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho; to study and follow the example of President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors throughout their lives. At the same time, they continued to promote the glorious heroic tradition, determined to firmly protect the achievements of the revolution, unite, unite, join forces, and uphold the spirit and responsibility, constantly study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; strive to excellently complete all tasks assigned by the Party and the People; and contribute to building a strong and prosperous Vietnam.
