Dak Lak applies AI to help people look up information and submit documents

(NLDO) - Dak Lak province applies artificial intelligence - AI to support people in looking up information, submitting documents, and monitoring the progress of public administrative procedures.

On the afternoon of July 10, the Steering Committee for Science , Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Development of Dak Lak province held its first meeting.

Dak Lak province announced and launched 4 important digital platforms to serve the 2-level local government model.

At the meeting, four important digital platforms serving the two-level local government model were announced and launched. This event marked the beginning of the province's "comprehensive restructuring" process in a new development phase, taking science - technology and digital transformation as the central driving force.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Development of Dak Lak Province, said that the province strives to be among the top in the country in implementing Resolution 57, aiming to provide practical and specific services to the people.

Dak Lak province identifies digital transformation as not only a management tool but also a prerequisite for building a streamlined government, close to the people, serving the people effectively. The commitment to "thinking honestly, speaking honestly, doing honestly, achieving real efficiency, and giving people real benefits" is put at the forefront of all implementation activities.

Four digital platforms serve operations, including: Artificial intelligence (AI) platform, supporting people to look up information, submit documents, and monitor the progress of public administrative procedures.

Online public service platform to support people in accessing administrative procedures conveniently, quickly and effectively.

Integrated management dashboard, including 2-level government reporting system, synthesizing, monitoring and managing task implementation.

The community feedback receiving and processing system will receive, proactively classify and send to communes and wards for processing.

These platforms are both management tools and symbols of the province's strong commitment to building digital government, digital economy , digital society, bringing technology to truly serve people's lives and public service activities.

Applying digital economic indicators in management also helps the province build creative development scenarios and orient new-generation economic development to improve competitiveness and participate deeply in national and global value chains.
