Dak Nong contributes comments on the draft model working regulations of the provincial party delegation and party executive committee

The draft regulations consist of 5 chapters and 17 articles. Specifically, Chapter I has 2 articles, regulating the position, functions, tasks, and powers of the Party delegation and the Party executive committee; Chapter II has 4 articles, regulating the tasks and powers of members of the Party delegation and the Party executive committee; Chapter III has 2 articles, regulating working principles and regimes; Chapter IV has 8 articles, regulating working relationships; Chapter V has 1 article, regulating implementation provisions.

Through discussion, delegates agreed that it is necessary to issue a model working regulation for the provincial Party Committee and Party Executive Committee. In addition, delegates gave comments on some contents of the chapters and articles on the position, functions, tasks, powers, principles and working regime of the Party Committee and Party Executive Committee to ensure consistency and unity in activities.

Dak Nong province basically agrees and unifies with the layout and content that has been built.

Commenting on the draft regulations from the Dak Nong province bridge, comrade Luu Van Trung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council agreed with the structure and the contents that have been built.

Comrade Luu Van Trung proposed to supplement and edit some contents. Specifically, in Article 9, Chapter IV on the content of "...seriously and effectively implementing the policies and regulations of the Party, the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee..." should be revised to "...seriously and effectively implementing the policies and regulations of the Party, the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the laws of the State, the Charter of each organization..." to be consistent with the content prescribed in Article 8, Regulation 146-QD/TW of the Secretariat.

Comrade Luu Van Trung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dak Nong province, commented on amending and supplementing a number of contents in the draft to comply with Regulation 146-QD/TW of the Secretariat.

In Clause 1, Article 15, Chapter IV, Dak Nong province proposed to replace the content "Coordination in leading, directing, supervising, and inspecting the implementation of political tasks, compliance with the Party's policies and regulations, of the Party Committees and Standing Committees of the provincial Party Committees in agencies and organizations under the management responsibility or related to the activities of the sector and fields of operation in the area" to "Coordination in leading, directing, supervising, and inspecting the implementation of political tasks, Party building work, compliance with the Party's policies and regulations, of the Party Committees and Standing Committees of the provincial Party Committees in agencies and organizations under the management responsibility or related to the activities of the sector and fields of operation in the area" to be consistent with the content specified in Clause 1, Article 14, Regulation 146-QD/TW of the Secretariat.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, affirmed that the comments and discussions demonstrated the dedication and responsibility of the units and localities based on practical experience in leadership, direction, and direct organization of the implementation of functions, tasks, powers, and working regulations of the Party delegation and provincial-level Party executive committee. The comments and discussions will be considered, studied, and supplemented by the Central Organizing Committee to complete the Draft to be submitted to the Secretariat according to regulations in the coming time.
