Ensure readiness for the new school year

Le Van Tam Primary School ensures conditions, ready for the 2025-2026 school year.

To prepare for the new school year, since July, the school has reviewed the facilities, proactively developed a plan to repair and clean classrooms and school grounds, checked the electricity, water, fire prevention and fighting systems and teaching equipment. The cleaning of the campus inside and outside the classroom is focused on. The school mobilized all teachers and workers to clean the campus and classrooms, and prepare other necessary conditions to welcome students to school. Student desks and chairs were cleaned and arranged neatly, creating a clean, beautiful and friendly learning environment. Based on the actual situation of the school, the Board of Directors has assigned teaching schedules suitable to the capacity of each staff and teacher, ensuring fairness and objectivity to improve the quality of teaching.

This school year, the school is investing in building new classrooms, a principal's office, and a kitchen with a total cost of over 22 billion VND. Once completed, the project will have 20 more classrooms, a canteen, and other supporting facilities to meet the school's growing teaching and learning needs.

Teacher Nguyen Viet Hai, Principal of Le Van Tam Primary School, said: “The school has 50 staff, teachers, and employees; 100% of teachers have college or university degrees or higher. Following the direction of the Department of Education and Training, the school has developed a school year plan according to regulations, in accordance with reality. In preparation for the new school year, the school's staff and teachers have actively participated in training courses and seminars to improve professional quality; trained and disseminated regulations for drivers and school administrators. We identify the new school year as an important time to create momentum for the whole school year, so carefully preparing all teaching and learning conditions is a top priority. In particular, the work of welcoming first graders is carefully organized by the school, from assigning homeroom teachers, training new teaching methods to preparing students' mentality."

The school's staff and teachers have developed professional plans and topics that are suitable for the educational program and the actual conditions of the school and class. This school year, the school has actively promoted the application of information technology in management and teaching. Many teachers spend time self-studying, researching active teaching methods, and applying information technology in designing lessons to create appeal for students.

Teacher Tran Thi Anh Nguyet, homeroom teacher of class 1A3, said: “During the summer, the school’s teachers attended training courses, including training sessions on information technology applications, GPT chat, and implementation of software to support teaching. We also decorated the classroom, put up student name boards, and built friendly study corners to create a welcoming atmosphere for students to get acquainted and enter the new school year with excitement.”

Not only focusing on the quality of teaching, the school's Board of Directors pays special attention to boarding work, ensuring nutritious and safe meals for students. Each meal is built according to a scientific menu, balanced nutrition, suitable for each age group. The school has signed a contract with a reputable food supplier, with full food safety and hygiene inspection documents. Food delivery is carried out daily, according to the correct process and under close supervision from the school and parents to ensure that every meal to students is fresh, clean, safe and nutritious.

With careful preparation and a high sense of responsibility from the staff and teachers, Le Van Tam Primary School is ready to welcome students to the new school year with confidence and excitement; determined to fulfill the tasks of the 2025 - 2026 school year.
