In particular, lot A3 with an area of ​​more than 221 ^m2 , a starting price of 24 million VND/ ^m2 was won by Mr. Ch. with a price of 40.5 million VND/ ^m2 .

Thus, the total auction value of these 3 plots of land of Mr. Ch. is nearly 19.6 billion VND, while the total starting price is 12.2 billion VND.

The price that this person won the auction made many people watching the auction "gasp". Because, this is the time when the real estate market is "frozen", many auctions in Thua Thien - Hue in particular and the whole country in general have few participants or won at the floor price.
