The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc must do a good job of Party building.

Reporting at the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc said that in 2023, the entire Party Committee admitted 174 outstanding people to the Party (the target assigned by the Provincial Party Standing Committee was 160); transferred 114 cases to official Party membership; issued Party membership cards to 166 cases; awarded Party badges to 27 comrades. Examined and concluded political conclusions to serve personnel work in 808 cases.

64/65 grassroots party organizations were evaluated and classified in 2023 (1 newly established grassroots party organization). Of which, 5/53 grassroots party organizations excellently completed their tasks (9.43%); 48/64 grassroots party organizations well completed their tasks (75%); 7/64 grassroots party organizations completed their tasks (10.93%) and 4/64 grassroots party organizations did not complete their tasks (6.25%).

The entire Party Committee has 6 Party organizations subject to disciplinary action, of which 1 is reprimanded and 5 are warned (an increase of 5 Party organizations compared to 2022). 43 Party members are subject to disciplinary action; of which: 24 are reprimanded, 4 are warned, 3 are dismissed from office, and 12 are expelled (an increase of 16 cases compared to 2022, an increase of 159%).

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Dung assessed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies has focused on leading the Party building work in terms of political ideology in the past time. The awareness and responsibility of the heads of Party organizations for the work of Party building and rectification has clearly changed.

Besides the achieved results, according to comrade Le Van Dung, the Party building and rectification work of the Party Committee of the Bloc still has many shortcomings and limitations; especially the issues that need attention in the coming time, especially the Party building work in terms of political ideology and ethics. There is still a number of cadres and Party members who have degraded in ideology, politics, ethics, lifestyle, violated Party regulations, Party Charter and violated the law.

The activities of Party committees, Party cell activities, inspection and supervision of Party organizations under the Party Committee of the Bloc are not strong. Therefore, in many Party organizations, there are violations of Party regulations and laws. Some cadres are afraid of making mistakes, avoiding, avoiding conflicts, and pushing work, so the work is delayed.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Dung stated: “The top priority task of the Party Committee of the Bloc is to do a good job of Party building and rectification. The Party must be truly strong. If the Party building work of the Party Committee of the Bloc is not strong, it will make the Party building work of the province not strong.”

First of all, the Party Committee of the Bloc focuses on building the Party in terms of political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; enhancing the responsibility of cadres and Party members in performing assigned tasks; and must comply with and effectively implement the Party's regulations on Party building and rectification work.

Along with that, continue to direct, urge, and remind party organizations of departments and branches to coordinate, overcome existing shortcomings, advise all levels and branches to accelerate the successful implementation of economic - social, national defense and security targets and tasks, and build the political system set out in the 22nd Provincial Party Resolution. Prepare now to direct the work of the Party Congress of the Bloc for the 2025 - 2030 term.

“To concretize Plan 397 dated March 26, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Party Committee of the Bloc needs to preside over the organization of a separate political activity session for the entire Party Committee. It is possible to organize many sessions, starting with the Party Committees and leaders of departments and branches; then for cadres and party members with the main content talking about the work of Party building and rectification. The most important thing is to talk about the shortcomings and limitations of grassroots party organizations, solutions to overcome them... If the Party Committee of the Bloc does well in this session, it will have a great impact on cadres and party members" - Comrade Le Van Dung suggested.
