Comrade Tran Minh Luc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Delegation, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, said: Determined to bring the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress into life soon, in recent years, the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation has focused on leading and directing the synchronous implementation of innovative solutions, improving the quality of People's Council activities, especially improving the quality of drafting, promulgating and implementing resolutions of the Provincial People's Council to concretize the resolutions and policies of the Provincial Party Committee and decide on important issues of the province in accordance with the law.
To effectively carry out this task, the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation has led, directed, thoroughly and promptly implemented the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, thematic resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee; issued an action program to focus on leadership and direction; developed plans, requested the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee to assign and direct the Provincial People's Council committees to coordinate and urge the drafting agency to prepare reports, submissions, projects, and draft resolutions to be submitted at the People's Council meetings. Focus on collecting social feedback from the Front organizations and political organizations, and subjects affected by the resolution, especially on mechanisms and policies directly related to people's lives. At each meeting, arrange reasonable time for the Provincial People's Council delegates to discuss in groups and halls. The Provincial People's Council Standing Committee, People's Council committees, and People's Council delegates promote their roles and responsibilities to proactively research and collect information from the grassroots to have enough basis to discuss, give opinions and make decisions on important policies. After more than 2 years of implementing the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation has led the organization of 14 meetings, passing 242 resolutions. Among them are particularly important resolutions that directly affect socio-economic development and people's lives in the following areas: Resource mobilization, marine economic development, public investment, industrial development, administrative reform, land management, support for health, education, training... The resolutions issued at the meetings are in line with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, are highly feasible, and meet practical requirements.

Implementing Directive No. 10-CT/TU dated June 23, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on leadership to improve the quality and effectiveness of supervision and survey work of People's Councils at all levels of Ninh Thuan province for the 2021-2026 term; recently, the Provincial People's Council has organized supervision of 2 topics: Implementation of policies and laws on corruption prevention and control; practicing thrift and combating waste in the 2016-2021 period and implementation of policies and laws on education at educational institutions in Ninh Thuan province in the 2018-2022 period. The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council organized supervision of 2 topics: The situation and results of the implementation of Project No. 01/DA-HĐND dated December 15, 2016 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the People's Councils at all levels of Ninh Thuan province, term 2016-2021; the implementation of policies and laws on forest land management and use; forest protection and development (natural forests, planted forests); forest cover ratio in the period 2016-2021 in the province. The Provincial People's Council committees organized supervision of 12 topics.
Questioning and answering activities at meetings are taken seriously, with many innovations and improved quality. At the meetings of the Provincial People's Council, questions were held for leaders of departments and branches: Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Information and Communications; Department of Transport, Ethnic Minorities Committee, Provincial People's Court. The questions focused on social issues of interest to voters, creating consensus among the people. In addition, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council organized 2 sessions to explain: Management and use of cultural and sports institutions; conservation and promotion of tangible and intangible cultural values and cultural, physical education and sports movements; administrative procedure reform in the land sector.

Total social investment capital is about 72,725 billion VND. Budget revenue is estimated at 3,658 billion VND. To effectively perform its role and tasks, contributing to the completion of the development goals set out in the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation has identified the key task in the coming time as continuing to lead, direct, thoroughly grasp, and fully implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, resolutions, directives, decisions, and conclusions of higher levels. Closely coordinate with the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Delegation, district and city Party Committees in effectively leading and implementing the development and implementation of the Provincial People's Council resolutions. The Provincial People's Council Standing Committee directs, harmonizes, and coordinates with all levels and functional branches to promptly resolve arising issues within its authority; participates in leading and directing socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the locality. Leading the effective implementation of the functions and tasks of the People's Council, focusing on leading the implementation of Directive No. 10-CT/TU dated June 23, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on leading the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of supervision and survey work of the People's Councils at all levels of Ninh Thuan province for the 2021-2026 term.
