PTSC Party Committee closely directs union activities associated with political tasks

PTSC Trade Union: Caring for people's lives, lighting up emulation movements

In the context of PTSC's increasing production and business workload, the Corporation's Trade Union continues to affirm its role as a spiritual support and companion for workers. The report of the Trade Union organization shows that, from the beginning of 2025, the Trade Union has prioritized the work of caring for workers' lives with many practical programs: giving Tet gifts to workers at construction sites, visiting retirees, promptly supporting union members in difficulty, suffering from serious illnesses, and encouraging workers to stay at key projects who cannot return home to reunite with their families. In addition, the Trade Union also coordinates to implement gratitude programs, connect the community, promote the spirit of "mutual love", and create a good image of PTSC internally as well as in society.

Along with material and spiritual care, the Union organizes many influential cultural and sports activities. From the "Union Meal" program at the units, to the Mass Art Festival to welcome the Group's Party Congress; from regional sports competitions to the Group-wide sports tournament, the PTSC athlete team has left a strong impression, achieved high results and contributed to spreading the image of a youthful, dynamic and united collective.

The creative labor emulation movement continues to be a bright spot, with hundreds of initiatives of PTSC workers registered to respond to the campaign "Oil and Gas Creativity", many ideas are recognized and commended at the Group level and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. This is not only a pure emulation movement, but also a real motivation to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of production and business. In addition, the Union also maintains the tradition of gratitude and honor: commending excellent students who are workers, launching donations to support people in flood-affected areas, organizing women's activities associated with the celebration of International Women's Day March 8 and Ao Dai Week.

Looking forward to the fourth quarter of 2025, PTSC Trade Union aims to continue to closely link the emulation movement with production and business tasks, launch initiatives during the Oil and Gas Culture Week, organize sports competitions in the Southern region, take care of offshore labor safety and hygiene, and carefully prepare for the 2026 Tet care program.

PTSC Veterans Association: Promoting courage, gratitude and companionship

In addition to the activities of the Trade Union, in the first 9 months of 2025, the PTSC Veterans Association also carried out many typical and practical activities, linking tradition with production and business tasks. Outstanding is the work of gratitude and comradeship: organizing a "Journey of gratitude" on the occasion of July 27, visiting families with meritorious services, building "Comradeship" houses for members in difficult circumstances. The affiliated branches also proactively organized activities to commemorate War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27, promoting the morality of "when drinking water, remember its source".

At the same time, the Association launched a creative labor emulation movement, many initiatives of members were applied to projects, contributing to ensuring the progress and quality of works. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Veterans Association will continue to accompany the Corporation in emulation movements, participate in the program "Oil and Gas Innovation - Growing for Development" and organize a seminar on maritime security, affirming the core role of veterans in protecting and creating sustainable values for PTSC.

PTSC Youth Union: Affirming youthful strength before the 5th Congress

As the vanguard force in all activities of the Corporation, PTSC Youth Union always demonstrates its pioneering role, creativity and dedication. In the first 9 months of 2025, the Youth Union at all levels has made many outstanding marks, contributing to building the image of a young generation that is dynamic, brave and ready to take on responsibility.

The upcoming highlight is the 5th PTSC Youth Union Congress, term 2025-2030, scheduled to take place on September 19, 2025 in Vung Tau. This is an important political event, where PTSC youth summarize the past journey, affirm their position and role and set the direction for the new term. From the political report, personnel plan to the discussion script, all have been carefully prepared, showing the determination to organize a meaningful and substantial congress.

In the first 9 months of 2025, the PTSC Youth Union has made many outstanding marks, contributing to building the image of a young generation that is dynamic, brave and ready to take on responsibilities.

Up to now, 18/18 Youth Union units have completed the organization of the Congress, ensuring the right progress and quality, with the attention and close direction of the Party Committee and unit leaders. Communication work has been focused on, spreading the spirit of "Dynamic - Serious - Methodical PTSC Youth" towards the great festival of youth nationwide.

The 5th Congress of PTSC Youth Union is expected to open up a new vision: promoting youth in key projects and works; arousing the spirit of innovation in all fields; nurturing a generation of Youth Union cadres with courage, intelligence and integration capacity so that each member lives, works and contributes in the spirit of "PTSC Youth - Clear mind, aspiration to reach far, joining hands to build a sustainable PTSC".

Collective strength - the fulcrum for sustainable development

PTSC's mass organizations are entering an important period with successive congresses. After the 5th Congress of the Corporation's Youth Union, the Congress of the Veterans Association will take place in October and the Congress of the Trade Union in November 2025. These are major political milestones, where the spirit of solidarity, collective intelligence and the desire to contribute converge, affirming the role of the mass organization as a solid foundation for the development of the enterprise.

In order for the congresses to be organized as planned, practically and effectively, the PTSC Party Committee directly gave comments on the key contents of the draft documents, personnel plans, and congress programs. The Party Committee leaders requested each organization to closely follow the direction, promptly complete all stages from content to organization, without formality, without delay; at the same time, closely link the congress content with the political tasks and production and business of the Corporation.

In the context that PTSC is entering a new stage of development, with many key projects and great expectations, the support of political and social organizations is an important support.
