On the afternoon of September 11, the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued a notice of the conclusion of Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Minh Thanh at a meeting on the progress of compensation, site clearance, construction material supply for key projects and the situation of public investment disbursement in the Binh Duong area (36 communes and wards in the Binh Duong area).
The Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee requested the Binh Duong Land Fund Development Center and its affiliated branches to coordinate with the locality to urgently complete compensation and site clearance work before September. In particular, the Ben Cat Branch must complete the handover of the Cau Do 2 intersection project site to the contractor before September 15.
The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City requires the leaders of 36 communes and wards in Binh Duong area to be directly responsible before the City Party Committee and People's Committee if there are delays that affect the construction progress of key projects.
Regarding the relocation of electrical infrastructure and fiber optic cables, the Department of Industry and Trade must coordinate with Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation and related units to handle the matter thoroughly, so as not to affect the progress of site handover.
Ho Chi Minh City aims to basically complete site clearance for key projects by September 30, creating conditions for disbursement of public investment capital. Units that complete early and ahead of schedule will be rewarded; conversely, those that are late will be held accountable.
The Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee requested all relevant units and localities to mobilize the strength of the political system, concentrate highly, proactively remove difficulties, and strive to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
