Lam Dong carefully prepares for the 2025 Investment Promotion Conference

Working session scene — The 2025 Investment Promotion Conference is expected to be held by Lam Dong on October 12.

On the afternoon of October 2, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc chaired a meeting to listen to progress reports and review preparations for the 2025 Investment Promotion Conference.

Up to now, the preparations for the 2025 Investment Promotion Conference have been basically completed. From logistics, security, health care to propaganda work, and video clip preparation for presentation, all have been carefully reviewed by the subcommittees in the final step.

Regarding security and order, Head of the Security and Health Subcommittee Pham Thanh Hung said that the subcommittee has developed a security plan for the conference areas and arranged adequate security forces at the program locations.

The subcommittee has coordinated with relevant units to work with a number of local establishments to use some requisitioned locations for the conference. Regarding health, the functional forces have a plan to be on duty 24/7 to provide food and accommodation, ensuring the safety of conference attendees.

Regarding guests, accommodation arrangements, Head of the Reception and Logistics Subcommittee Nguyen Nhan Ban said that the Subcommittee issued a plan and assigned specific tasks to each member. The Subcommittee focused on establishing a logistics, reception, and volunteer team to guide guests during the conference.

Regarding the conference media, Deputy Head of the Communication and Propaganda Subcommittee Nguyen Van Hai said that in addition to creating a video presentation at the conference, the Subcommittee has created a focal point and a panel on Lam Dong Online Newspaper. The unit has worked directly with Vietnam Television to publish a report introducing the potential and advantages of Lam Dong at the time of the conference.

As planned, the 2025 Investment Promotion Conference will be held by Lam Dong on October 12, 2025, at Lam Vien Square, Da Lat. With the theme "Lam Dong - Investment Convergence, Development Creation", the conference is expected to have about 750 guests attending.

Within the framework of the conference, there will be activities such as: Music and art programs honoring typical businessmen; displaying planning maps and a number of projects calling for investment; displaying and introducing commercial products and services of Lam Dong province's enterprises.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc requested the Center for Promotion, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the Security and Health Subcommittee to work with agencies to finalize the location and time to avoid being passive in the implementation.

Regarding guests, accommodation arrangements, the Reception and Logistics Subcommittee will agree on the venue and arrange accommodation for guests. Reception teams and volunteers must be trained in the content within the framework of the conference, thereby fully grasping the schedule and serving guests.

The Department of Finance will take the lead in making a list of sponsors for the Provincial People's Committee to thank and show gratitude to the units. The list of investment attraction in 2025 needs to be finalized early to print documents to provide to the delegates.
