Originating from the Project to innovate Thanh Tuyen Festival in 2023 of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province with the desire that Thanh Tuyen's mid-autumn models will become increasingly rich, diverse and unique, the youth union members of Tuyen Quang city have cleverly created funny and outstanding mini mid-autumn lantern models with many shapes.
