On the morning of September 2, 2025, at the historic Ba Dinh Square, the State-level military parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day took place in a solemn and heroic atmosphere. Thousands of cadres, soldiers and the masses marched through the stage, depicting the strength of great national unity.

In particular, the Culture - Sports block attracted special attention with the presence of many artists and athletes. The youthful, dynamic but still solemn image portrayed a Vietnam that is both rich in tradition and full of aspirations.
As one of the artists selected to participate, actress Phuong Hanh could not hide her emotion: “I am extremely proud to stand in the ranks of the Culture - Sports sector to participate in the parade. This is an occasion for the people of the whole country to pay tribute to the generation of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for independence and freedom. Not only me but all the artists want to contribute a small part to the great festival of the nation. Rain or shine, everyone practices enthusiastically with a sense of responsibility and national pride.”
Recalling the moment she walked on Ba Dinh Square on the morning of September 2, Phuong Hanh said: “It felt sacred, like I was joining history. Looking up at the podium, my heart was filled with indescribable gratitude and pride. I believe that anyone who was honored to be present in the parade will carry a special memory with them for the rest of their lives.”
Not only Phuong Hanh, many other artists also expressed special emotions when participating in the parade.
Singer Den Vau shared: “Being part of the Culture - Sports block this time is a happiness. This is not only a great event for the nation but also a moment for our young generation to affirm our love for the country through concrete actions.”

Singer MONO expressed: “When I walked in the formation this morning, I clearly felt the pride and solemnity. Being able to accompany the artists on the great national festival is an unforgettable memory.”
Actor Anh Tu also said emotionally: “The moment I passed Ba Dinh Square reminded me of the historical films I had seen. Today, being able to participate in the parade myself, I feel more deeply the responsibility and honor of an artist when accompanying the country.”
Before the official ceremony, from the beginning of August, thousands of officers, soldiers and artists had been practicing diligently. On September 2nd alone, the entire force was present from 1am. However, everyone was radiant with enthusiasm, because being able to stand in the parade was a great pride.

For Phuong Hanh, the training days, although hard, also brought back familiar experiences. She shared: “Perhaps because I used to film, especially war films, I was used to enduring the sun and rain, and hardship. Therefore, training early in the morning or in harsh weather was not too difficult for me. After a month of participating, my skin was sunburned, but in return, I had a new habit: every day, even when I had a day off, I still woke up at 6am because I was used to the training time.”
Phuong Hanh also recalled a role that left a mark in her career: “The role that left a deep impression on me was in the film Ho Chi Minh Trail on the Sea - a war film about unnumbered trains. Thanks to that, I understood more about the sacrifices and hardships of our ancestors in the journey to protect the country. Today, I was able to participate in the parade in this important event of the nation, I was even more moved.”
For the past month, Phuong Hanh has put aside all her personal work to devote time to practicing the parade. She has temporarily cut off all her work schedules and business projects to focus on practicing for the important event: the parade.

In addition to her community activities, Phuong Hanh has continued to pursue her acting career. Her big turning point was the role of Thuy in the film The Last Choice by Meritorious Artist Hong Son - a special role that required her to transform into 6 different characters at the same time. "I have never been afraid of making myself look bad. If the role requires sacrificing my image to portray the character, I am ready," she shared.
In the near future, Phuong Hanh plans to participate in new film projects and focus more on business activities.

Along with Phuong Hanh, many famous faces such as Hoang Thuy Linh, Den Vau, MONO, Anh Tu, Tieu Vy, People's Artist Le Khanh, People's Artist Lan Huong... also participated, creating a brilliant picture of Vietnamese culture - art - sports. The artists all put aside their personal work, unanimously participated, spreading the message of cultural strength and national solidarity.
The image of artists marching in the parade on the morning of September 2 is not only a source of personal pride, but also a testament to the power of connecting culture and art with the history and future of the country.
