New look of Yang Mao commune

Yang Mao commune was established on the basis of merging Cu Dram commune and Yang Mao commune (old). After the commune merger and the two-level local government model came into operation, the central area of ​​Yang Mao commune has had many positive changes, the landscape and order have been improved, contributing to building a more civilized and spacious new rural appearance.

The spontaneous market areas on both sides of the road have been rearranged and temporary markets have been set up; there is no longer a chaotic trading situation on the roadside, motorbikes are parked everywhere causing traffic obstruction at the intersection of Provincial Road 12. Previously, along both sides of Provincial Road 12 and in front of the gate of the central market of Cu Dram commune (old), many households encroached on the sidewalks to do business, extended the corrugated iron roof, and set up canvas umbrellas encroaching on the corridors; up to now, all have been seriously dismantled, returning the sidewalks to a clear space. The areas in front of the gates of headquarters, agencies, and medical stations have also been cleared, airy, and clean; Gates, fences, and roads were built and repaired... Mr. Vu Van Ve, Secretary of the Cham A hamlet Party Cell, excitedly said: "At first, when mobilizing people to remove the encroached sidewalks and roadsides, some households were still hesitant. When the Commune Traffic Safety Committee came down to mobilize, made a commitment record, and the surrounding households strictly complied, everyone agreed to do so. Up to now, both sides of the roadsides in the central area of ​​the commune have been cleared, spacious and airy. The central area is now both beautiful and has no obstructed view, making it safe to participate in traffic."

The gate, fence, and road to the headquarters and central office of Yang Mao commune were repaired and upgraded.

Not only that, the appearance of Yang Mao commune center is more brilliant and fresh when along both sides of the road, people simultaneously hang Party flags, national flags, at night electric lights are lit up with a system of billboards and propaganda posters arranged everywhere. These changes are thanks to the strong direction of the Party Committee, the commune government, the participation of the Traffic Safety Committee, the Commune Security and Order Committee and especially the consensus and response of the people. Mr. Sung Seo Lung, a resident of Ea Lang village, shared: "Coming to Yang Mao now, I see that the commune center has changed a lot, it is more spacious and clean."

Mr. Vo Tan Truc, Chairman of Yang Mao Commune People's Committee, said that in the coming time, the commune will continue to renovate the central area, especially the market area; review and rearrange the lots in the market, remind and handle the situation of small traders encroaching on the walkways; at the same time, the commune proposed to the Department of Construction to redesign the roundabout at the central intersection of the commune in a compact direction, expanding the traffic area. In the immediate future, the commune will temporarily arrange a place to sell vegetables and fruits in the yard of the Cham A community house and take advantage of vacant land in agencies as parking lots for people. In the long term, the locality will plan the market and commercial business area in a suitable location, both meeting the needs of the people and ensuring order and traffic safety.
