Lao Pasaxon Newspaper delegation visited and worked with Da Nang Electricity Company

On the morning of September 26, during a visit and working session in Da Nang city, the Lao Pasaxon Newspaper delegation led by Comrade Vansay Tavinyan, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Editor-in-Chief of Pasaxon Newspaper, visited and worked at Da Nang Electricity Company (Central Power Corporation).

Attending the working session were the delegation of Nhan Dan Newspaper; leaders of Nhan Dan Newspaper Representative Office in the Central Highlands; and staff of Da Nang Electricity Company.

At the meeting, comrade Le Hong Cuong - Director of Da Nang Power Company (Branch of Central Power Corporation) expressed his honor to welcome comrade Vansay Tavinyan and the Pasaxon Newspaper delegation to visit and work at the company.

Talking to Editor-in-Chief of Pasaxon Newspaper Vansay Tavinyan, Director of Da Nang Electricity Company Le Hong Cuong presented an overview of the company, including the scale of the power grid, renewable energy sources (hydropower, rooftop solar power...); along with outstanding results in production, business activities and customer services in the first 8 months of 2025.

Informing the Pasaxon Newspaper delegation about the company's outstanding results, Director of Da Nang Electricity Company Le Hong Cuong focused on presenting the investment, construction and repair of the power grid in 2025, along with scientific research initiatives and strong digital transformation efforts in applying new technologies.

Accordingly, in the period of 2020-2025, Da Nang Power Company (Branch of Central Power Corporation) has achieved a number of outstanding achievements such as: 12 Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Awards; 5 National Technical Innovation Competition Awards; 6 Community Initiative Awards; 2 Sustainable Energy Awards; 1 Vietnam Smart City Award.

After listening to the general presentation of the leaders of Da Nang Power Company (Branch of Central Power Corporation), Comrade Vansay Tavinyan, Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Central Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Editor-in-Chief of Pasaxon Newspaper expressed his impression and congratulated the results and achievements that the collective leadership, officers and employees of Da Nang Power Company in particular and the Central Power Corporation in general have achieved in the past time.

Comrade Vansay Tavinyan, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Editor-in-Chief of Pasaxon Newspaper spoke at the meeting.

At the meeting, Editor-in-Chief of Pasaxon Newspaper Vansay Tavinyan focused on discussing issues of electricity industry development such as: investment in new technology, digital transformation; experience in building power grid systems, installing modern electricity meters; applying new technology in management... to summarize optimal solutions to develop and improve the efficiency of Laos' electricity industry.

Pasaxon Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Vansay Tavinyan expressed his willingness to cooperate with Da Nang Electricity Company in the field of information and propaganda, especially in promoting investment projects and technological achievements; thereby, further promoting the cooperative relationship between the two countries in general, and between the electricity sectors of Vietnam and Laos in particular.
