The Central working delegation surveyed the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in Ninh Binh province.

On the afternoon of August 25, the Central Inter-sectoral Working Group led by Mr. Nguyen Duy Thang, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs , conducted a field survey on the implementation of the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in the 2023-2025 period in Ninh Binh province.

Welcoming the delegation were comrade Tong Quang Thin, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches and localities.

The delegation conducted a field survey of the infrastructure system serving socio -economic development and a number of tourist areas and spots in Ninh Binh city, Hoa Lu district and Gia Vien district. Specifically, the delegation surveyed Pham Thi Tran Theater; Dinh Tien Hoang Square; Xuan Thanh urban area; T21 route; extended Dinh Tien Hoang road; Temples of King Dinh and King Le; Lac Khoi spillway (the area of ​​three flood-diversion and flood-slowing communes including Gia Lac, Gia Phong, Gia Minh communes - Gia Vien district)...

Through the survey, the members of the Working Group acknowledged the province's efforts in improving infrastructure to serve socio-economic development. At the same time, they affirmed that through the actual survey, the group had a better understanding of the impact and influence of the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels on the people and socio-economic development in localities, as well as in the province.

Appreciating the determination of Party committees and authorities from the province to the grassroots level in implementing the Central Government's policy of administrative unit arrangement, members of the working delegation also gave opinions related to the establishment of Hoa Lu city and contents related to the difficulties and problems of localities when implementing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units.

Tomorrow (August 26), the working delegation will work with the Provincial People's Committee on issues related to the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels for the 2023-2025 period of Ninh Binh province.
