On the afternoon of September 25, the delegation attending the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities of Nghe An province in 2024 held a ceremony to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site. Attending the ceremony were comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
