Delegation of the Party Committee - Military Command of Quang Ninh province offered incense at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs and the Monument of Comrade Vu Van Hieu
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 / August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 / September 2, 2025), on the morning of August 26, a delegation of the Party Committee - Military Command of Quang Ninh province led by Colonel Hoang Van Thuyet, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, came to lay wreaths and offer incense at the Monument of Heroic Martyrs and the Monument of Comrade Vu Van Hieu, the first Secretary of the Special Zone Party Committee, Quang Ninh Mining Area in Hong Gai ward.

The 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is an opportunity for the cadres and soldiers of the provincial armed forces to better understand the historical values of the steadfast and heroic revolutionary struggle of the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province. It is the victory of the spirit of compliance and correct application of the Party's revolutionary guidelines and methods to local practice, the victory of the spirit of solidarity within the Party, solidarity between the army and people and solidarity of ethnic groups, and the valuable experience drawn from the revolutionary struggle of the Party Committee and people of Quang Ninh province in the August General Uprising in 1945.
To commemorate the People's Armed Forces Hero, Martyr Vu Van Hieu, the first Secretary of the Special Zone Party Committee, Quang Ninh Mining Area, delegates observed a minute of silence.
Before the heroic martyrs and the heroic spirit of comrade Vu Van Hieu, the first Secretary of the Special Zone Party Committee, Quang Ninh Mining Area, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces promise to continue to promote the tradition of the unit that was twice awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces by the Party and State "Solidarity - Creativity - Indomitable - Loyal - Victory"; determined to complete assigned political tasks associated with implementing the province's working theme for 2025: "Breakthrough in economic development, creating momentum for the new term"; focus on leading and directing the successful completion of local defense and military tasks; build a strong and clean Party organization; comprehensively strong agencies and units "exemplary and typical"; contribute to firmly protecting the sovereignty of borders and islands; maintain political security and social order and safety, building Quang Ninh province to be increasingly rich, civilized and modern.
