Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union (HCMC) implements the movement "Digital Education for All"

On the afternoon of August 22, in Xuan Hoa ward (HCMC), a conference was held to announce the decision to establish the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Xuan Hoa ward and appoint personnel.

Attending were comrades: Nguyen Thanh Xuan, Party Secretary, Chairman of Xuan Hoa Ward People's Council; Trinh Thi Hien Tran, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Young Pioneer Council.

Comrade Trinh Thi Hien Tran and Comrade Nguyen Thanh Xuan presented the decision and flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union.

Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Xuan Hoa Ward is directly under the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union with 67 grassroots Youth Union organizations and 5,742 members. The Executive Committee of the Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union consists of 13 comrades, the Inspection Committee of the Ward Youth Union consists of 5 comrades. Comrade Le Thanh Binh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Ward Youth Union. Comrade Nguyen Hong Ngoc Bao Tram holds the position of Deputy Secretary, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Ward Youth Union.

At the program, comrade Trinh Thi Hien Tran requested the Executive Committee of Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union to focus on building a work program and implementing it effectively, in line with the requirements of innovation.

Ward Youth Unions also need to have creative methods and approaches to become a reference model and replicate it; at the same time, strengthen connections and coordination with neighboring ward Youth Unions, contributing to expanding the influence of the youth movement.

In his acceptance speech, Secretary of the Ward Youth Union Le Thanh Binh pledged that the Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union will actively participate and contribute with the political system to successfully implement the 2-level local government model, close to the people, and serve the people better. Especially pioneering in implementing the "Digital Education for All" movement, promoting digital transformation, applying information technology, building a digital society and digital people.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union called on all union officials, union members and youth to join hands and contribute to support the Cuban people.
