On September 29, the Industrial Park Trade Union Board (City Labor Federation) organized a training session on the work of the Grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

More than 200 union officials representing 141 grassroots unions in Dinh Vu and Do Son industrial parks attended the training course.

The training course provides basic knowledge and core skills for grassroots union officials such as: How to build a document with depth, honestly and objectively reflecting the voice, thoughts and aspirations of workers; thoroughly analyzing the results achieved, frankly pointing out the limitations and causes, thereby drawing profound lessons.

The orientation for the next term must demonstrate vision, identify key tasks and breakthrough solutions, and focus on the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

According to the plan, on September 30 and October 1, nearly 400 more union officials representing 225 grassroots unions in industrial parks: An Duong, Nam Cau Kien, VSIP, Nhat Ban, Trang Due... will participate in training on this content.
