This afternoon (September 29), Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Ward (HCMC) Vo Chi Thanh said that the Ward Police are coordinating with the Board of Directors of Phu My Secondary School to verify and clarify the cause of the incident in which a male student fell from the second floor of the school to the ground.

According to initial information, at 9:35 a.m. the same day, during the second period break, preparing for the third period of the morning class, an 8th grade male student suddenly fell from the second floor railing to the school yard.

Upon discovering the incident, teachers took the male student to Binh Duong General Hospital for emergency treatment. He was then transferred to Cho Ray Hospital for emergency treatment at the request of his family.

The leadership of Phu My Secondary School confirmed that a male student fell from a building at the school. According to the school's surveillance camera, at the time of the incident, the male student suddenly climbed up the railing of the second floor and fell into the school yard.

After taking the victim to the emergency room, the school's board of directors assigned a vice principal and homeroom teacher to stay at the hospital to support the family.
