Many Indian tourists visit Trang An Heritage Site

The group of tourists was divided into small groups, taking turns exploring Trang An Eco-tourism Area on two routes: route 2 and route 4. In route 2, tourists visited Hang May - Dia Linh cave - Suoi Tien temple - Thanh Truot cave - Dai cave - Vu Lam palace. Route 4 explored 2 caves and 1 spiritual site. With this boat tour, Indian tourists explored the water caves on environmentally friendly rowing boats.

In addition to enjoying the natural scenery, the group of tourists admired the sacred temples and pagodas, and learned about the history of Ninh Binh land and people. In particular, the boatman on each boat is a local and also a "cultural ambassador", "tourism ambassador" leading and sharing about the history and legends associated with each cave and landscape here.

Mr. Pham Duy Phong, Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Department of Tourism, said that as soon as the Indian delegation arrived at Trang An, the Department welcomed them, presented them with flowers and conical hats painted with landscapes to the group leaders. The reception was prepared by the Department of Tourism very early to create a good impression on this delegation. In order to organize the tour smoothly, thoughtfully and safely, the reception and support work for the delegation was jointly participated by many departments and branches. The units agreed to arrange lanes, arrange priority wharves and boats, and separate ticket control personnel.

According to Mr. Pham Duy Phong, the fact that a large number of international tourists choose to visit is an affirmation and enhancement of Ninh Binh's position as an attractive and prestigious destination on the international tourism map. This will also be the center of attraction for the attention of influential individuals and large resources in the world. The event is also a "golden" opportunity for Ninh Binh to promote its existing advantages, while promoting the image, landscapes and local culture globally, attracting more international tourists and investors, especially the Indian tourist market.

After finishing the tour of Trang An Heritage, the group had lunch at Trang An 5 Restaurant, Ninh Binh city with 6 main dishes, including "vegan Indian" dishes and buffet.

It is expected that the Indian tourist group will be divided into 7 groups to visit Ninh Binh from August 28 to September 5.
