Notably, there are 2 months' salary as Tet bonus, organizing union meals with support up to 90,000 VND/meal, giving gifts and bonuses to employees on major holidays. In addition, employees are also supported with accommodation, daily pick-up and drop-off, and organized pick-up and drop-off vehicles to go home for Tet with a cost of nearly 2 billion VND per year.
