Accompanying businesses to overcome difficulties in the fields of industry, trade and services

Accompanying the delegation were comrade Bui Thang, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and comrade Le Trong Yen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The working session aimed to learn about the reality of agricultural production, business and export; at the same time, listen to recommendations and difficulties that businesses are facing.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Duy Da, Director of Vien Son Joint Stock Company said: The company was established in 2006, specializing in the production and export of fresh vegetables and fruits, taking advantage of the climate and soil of Lien Hiep land (now Hiep Thanh commune, Lam Dong province).

After nearly two decades, the company's products have conquered many demanding markets such as Japan, EU, Korea, Taiwan and some Southeast Asian countries.

Regarding business results, Mr. Da said that by August 2025, the company had exported 3,600 tons of goods, including 600 tons of fresh goods, earning a revenue of more than 215 billion VND. It is expected that the total export output for the whole year of 2025 will reach about 6,000 tons, bringing in a revenue of 411 billion VND. Currently, the company creates jobs for about 250 workers, depending on the production season.

In addition, the Company's leaders also pointed out a number of difficulties; including the problem of degraded traffic infrastructure, especially National Highway 27, which affects the transportation of goods.

From there, it is recommended that the Ministry of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies continue to support trade promotion and market connection in potential regions such as Europe, North America, and the Middle East. At the same time, it is recommended that local authorities create conditions for the construction of a 3,000 m³ cold storage warehouse and the early upgrading of National Highway 27.

Speaking at the meeting, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of Vien Son Joint Stock Company. The Minister commented that the company's proactive use of raw materials with 50 hectares and investment in a factory with a capacity of 7,000 tons/year demonstrates its vision and boldness.

A bright spot highly appreciated by the Minister is that Vien Son Company has built a sustainable raw material chain with farmers in many Central Highlands provinces.

By providing technical support, supplying seeds and consuming products, the Company not only ensures a stable supply but also contributes to increasing income and improving the lives of local people, aiming to develop a sustainable agricultural economy .

However, the Minister also stressed that the current size of the company is still small compared to the world market potential.

The Minister also noted that controlling the origin of raw materials is a vital factor when exporting to demanding markets such as Japan or the EU, where consumers are willing to pay high prices and require absolute transparency.

The Minister affirmed: The Ministry of Industry and Trade will continue to accompany and promptly remove difficulties in the fields of industry, trade and services that businesses have proposed.
