On the afternoon of September 25, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi chaired a meeting to discuss preparations for the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025-2030).
Also attending the meeting were two Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, Dinh Van Tuan and Nguyen Ngoc Phuc; leaders of the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Culture , Sports and Tourism and delegates representing relevant departments and branches of the province.

With the theme "Emulating innovation, creativity, promoting potential, joining hands to build Lam Dong development", the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025-2030) will take place on the morning of September 29 at Dalat Opera House Hall, Lam Vien Square, Xuan Huong Ward, Da Lat.
It is expected that about 600 delegates from the Central Government, delegates from provinces and cities in the country and delegates from Lam Dong province will attend the Congress.

At the meeting, the representative of Lam Dong Department of Home Affairs said that there will be 18 contents in the Congress program. In addition to the speeches of the Central leaders; of the provincial leaders; praising the advanced models in the patriotic emulation movement of the province in the period of 2020-2025, there will be a discussion and direct exchange with the advanced models of the province.
The congress will also announce the proposed list of 36 delegates representing Lam Dong province to attend the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.
After listening to the opinions on the preparation work, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi requested the Department of Home Affairs and relevant units to quickly review the program script, supplement and complete some specific details to avoid errors and soon submit it to the provincial leaders.
