In September 2025, EVNGENCO1 continued to safely and stably operate the power generation system, ensuring continuous power supply to the national power system. The total electricity output of the Corporation in September reached 2.1 billion kWh, bringing the cumulative output in the first 9 months to 25.8 billion kWh.

During the heavy rains and floods in September, EVNGENCO1's hydropower plants effectively played the role of regulating water resources, contributing to reducing flood peaks, protecting works and ensuring safety for downstream areas.

In particular, Ban Ve Hydropower Plant has proactively operated the reservoir flexibly, contributing to regulating the flow, reducing the risk of flooding and supporting the stabilization of people's lives in the downstream area of ​​the Ca River.

The thermal power sector continues to maintain a high availability factor, the units operate stably and fuel supply is fully and promptly ensured. Environmental protection is focused on, the ash consumption rate at the plants remains high at 93-200%, contributing to minimizing environmental impacts and promoting the circular economic model.

Investment and construction work has also recorded many positive results. Many key projects such as floating solar power, upgrading exhaust gas treatment systems, technical infrastructure and new power source projects are being accelerated.

In addition, EVNGENCO1 continues to strongly deploy science and technology activities, innovation and digital transformation, considering this a key driving force to improve competitiveness and production and business efficiency.

September also marked a highlight when EVNGENCO1 organized the Conference on Innovation and Human Resource Development in the EVNGENCO1 Cultural Journey. Through the conference, the spirit of "dare to think - dare to do - dare to innovate" was strongly spread, motivating the staff, engineers and workers to proactively contribute initiatives to improve operational efficiency and optimize costs.

Entering the fourth quarter - the decisive period of 2025, EVNGENCO1 sets a target of making all-out efforts on all aspects to complete and exceed the set plan.

Accordingly, VNGENCO1 focuses on strictly controlling economic and technical indicators such as heat loss rate, availability coefficient and incident rate; at the same time, flexibly managing fuel supply on the basis of financial balance, ensuring sufficient and stable operation.

For hydropower, the goal of bringing reservoir water levels back to normal levels before December 31 is considered a key task to prepare for the 2026 dry season.

In October and the fourth quarter of 2025, EVNGENCO1 strives to complete the output plan of 2.8 billion kWh in October, laying the foundation to achieve and exceed the annual output target.

“In the final stage of the year, we need to focus on production and business tasks, ensure safe and stable operation of generators, strive for profitable production and business and maintain stable income for workers. The overhaul of generators must be completed on schedule with significantly improved technical parameters, creating a foundation for improving operational efficiency,” EVNGENCO1 General Director Le Hai Dang emphasized.

A notable focus in the coming time is participating in the National Electricity Science and Technology Conference 2025 as the chair of the Power Source sub-committee, thereby affirming the capacity to research, apply new technologies and actively contribute to the scientific and technological development of the electricity industry.
