FPT Telecom and GAM Entertainment develop eSports

FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company (FPT Telecom) and Gaming And Media Group (GAM Entertainment) have signed a cooperation agreement in many fields to promote the comprehensive development of electronic sports (eSports) in Vietnam in the coming time.

FPT Telecom and GAM Entertainment hope to raise the level of Vietnamese eSports in the near future.

According to the cooperation agreement, the two sides will jointly develop eSports into fields, products and services in the FPT Telecom ecosystem such as: Education , digital content and telecommunications... to gradually promote, raise awareness and attract community interest in eSports. In particular, the two sides will coordinate to strongly deploy the eSports ecosystem, major tournaments, eSports competitions, game events... to promote professionalism in the field of eSports in Vietnam.

Mr. Hoang Viet Anh, Chairman of FPT Telecom shared: “FPT Telecom sees the opportunity to connect and increase customer experience in the context of eSports gradually becoming popular, so in the coming time, with the cooperation with GAM Entertainment, FPT Telecom will continue to have many practical and large-scale activities aiming at the development of Vietnam's eSports industry ”.

As the leading esports organization in Vietnam, GAM Entertainment focuses on investing in talent scouting, training, infrastructure, and creating innovative content experiences to inspire and connect the gaming community and fans. GAM Esports has achieved many achievements, including 11 championships at the Vietnam Championship Series (VCS), winning the first gold medal at the 31st SEA Games, and representing Vietnam on the global stage many times.

The cooperation agreement between FPT Telecom and GAM is expected to open up great opportunities to promote efficiency in building professional eSports player resources, raising the level and affirming the position of Vietnamese eSports in international arenas. This is also an event marking a new step, demonstrating FPT Telecom's great determination in contributing to promoting professionalism and bringing Vietnamese eSports to the international level soon.
