The S25 Edge is said to be equipped with a 200MP main camera, 50MP secondary camera, and 12MP selfie camera, providing high-quality images.

It is likely that the device will be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, combined with 12GB Ram and 512GB internal memory. The phone is expected to run Android 15 out of the box, with One UI 7 user interface to give users a seamless experience.

Initial production will likely be limited to 40,000 units. It will come in three color options: Black, Silver, and Light Blue.
