GELEX announced the appointment of senior personnel from January 1, 2024

Specifically, Mr. Le Ba Tho was appointed to the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of GELEX Group. At the same time, to focus on Board-level tasks, Mr. Le Ba Tho submitted a resignation from the position of Deputy General Director and was approved by the Board of Directors. The resolution appointing and approving this resignation takes effect from January 1, 2024.

In addition, with the goal of consolidating and supplementing personnel for the Board of Directors to enhance management capacity, the Board of Directors of GELEX Group approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Long (born in 1977), currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of GELEX Infrastructure JSC, to the position of Deputy General Director of the Group; appointed Mr. Nguyen Trong Trung (born in 1982), currently General Director of Gelex Electric, to the position of Deputy General Director of the Group, from January 1, 2024. These are all leaders with many years of experience with units in the GELEX system.

Thus, after changing the personnel structure, the Board of Directors of the Group has 5 members: Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Ba Tho and Mr. Luong Thanh Tung - Vice Chairmen of the Board of Directors; Mr. Dau Minh Lam - Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Audit Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan - Member of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of GELEX Group has 3 members: Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan and 2 Deputy General Directors: Mr. Nguyen Hoang Long and Mr. Nguyen Trong Trung.
