Regarding the project to restore and reconstruct the DH1.PS route (section Phuoc Kim - Phuoc Thanh commune), the Provincial People's Committee found that due to a number of objective reasons such as unfavorable weather conditions, scarcity of construction materials and some problems related to site clearance, the construction progress has not been guaranteed according to the signed contract...

Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to extend the contract for the construction of the project to restore and reconstruct the DH1.PS section Phuoc Kim - Phuoc Thanh as proposed by the Department of Construction. At the same time, it requested the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district to base on the progress and remaining construction volume of the project to negotiate and sign a contract appendix to adjust the contract implementation time to ensure that it does not exceed the project implementation time approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2313; promptly complete the entire project, accept it and put it into use, and promote investment efficiency.

The Department of Construction, Department of Transport and related departments, branches and units, according to their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible for monitoring, guiding, inspecting and supervising the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district in the process of project implementation in accordance with current regulations of law.
