In particular, for rice, according to the update from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province, currently OM 380 raw rice increased by 50 VND/kg, fluctuating at 7,550 - 7,700 VND/kg; IR 504 raw rice increased by 8,100 - 8,200 VND/kg; OM 18 raw rice fluctuated at 9,200 - 9,400 VND; 5451 raw rice fluctuated at 8,500 - 8,600 VND/kg; OM 380 finished rice fluctuated at 8,800 - 9,000 VND/kg; IR 504 finished rice fluctuated at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg.

Regarding by-products, the prices of by-products fluctuate from 5,550 to 7,300 VND/kg. Currently, the price of fragrant rice bran fluctuates at 7,100 to 7,300 VND/kg; the price of dry bran fluctuates at 5,550 to 5,700 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Recorded in localities today, rice arrivals are low in quantity, prices are relatively stable. In Lap Vo ( Dong Thap ), rice arrivals are low, warehouses buy all types, demand is quite good; rice is the same, warehouses ask to buy better, prices are higher than yesterday. In Sa Dec (Dong Thap), IR50404 rice arrivals are low in quantity, warehouses ask to buy regularly, accepting to buy at 8,200-8,250 VND/kg of good quality rice; raw rice of all types is at the same price.

Sa Dec market canal (Dong Thap), rice is coming in slowly, market warehouses buy evenly, choose good rice and give small amounts. At An Cu (Cai Be, Tien Giang ), there is little rice, slow transactions, stable prices, most people choose VIP goods to buy.

At retail markets, rice prices of all kinds are stable compared to yesterday. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of VND28,000/kg; regular rice fluctuates at VND15,000-16,000/kg; long-grain fragrant rice fluctuates at VND20,000-22,000/kg; Huong Lai rice 22,000/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice fluctuates at VND18,000-20,000/kg; Nang Hoa rice 22,000/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice 21,000/kg; common white rice 17,000/kg; Soc regular rice fluctuates at VND18,000/kg; Soc Thai rice 21,000/kg; Japanese rice 22,000/kg.

In many localities today, the volume of rice is better, but trading is slow. In An Giang, demand is quite high, selecting beautiful, ripe rice, and the price of some types of rice has increased slightly by 50 VND/kg. In Soc Trang, demand for fragrant rice is quite high, and rice prices are stable. In Kien Giang, rice trading is quite high, and rice prices are stable.

In Dong Thap, rice transactions are slow, rice prices of all types are relatively stable. In Hau Giang, rice harvests are greater in many areas, transactions are regular, and traders buy a lot of rice. In Can Tho, many rice areas have been deposited, and rice prices have stagnated at the end of the week. In Long An, buying and selling transactions are regular, demand for fragrant rice is quite high, and rice prices fluctuate little.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices today remain unchanged from yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), currently 5% standard rice is at 393 USD/ton; 25% broken rice is at 367 USD/ton; 100% broken rice is at 310 USD/ton.
