Previously, the Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated to organize a specialized meeting between National Assembly deputies and workers before the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly. Here, voters' opinions related to the scope, authority, and responsibilities of the province were compiled and sent to the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.

In particular, workers and laborers requested the Provincial People's Committee to have mechanisms and preferential policies on jobs, housing, cultural and sports institutions; support vocational training, subsidies when workers lose their jobs, or have their labor contracts suspended... On the other hand, workers and union members requested that the authorities have solutions to prevent and strictly handle violations of the law such as unpaid wages, unpaid social insurance payments; illegal credit activities; fraud on cyberspace...

Voters in the education sector have reported that the appointment and salary arrangement of teaching staff in public primary and secondary schools in Lam Dong province has not been implemented, although the Ministry of Education and Training has issued a circular, effective for more than 3 years.

Forestry voters reported that many workers in forestry companies had their labor contracts terminated. The reason is that the companies are temporarily stopping clear-cutting of 3-leaf pine plantations in the 2021-2025 period under the direction of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee. Therefore, voters recommended that the province have solutions to remove obstacles, create stable jobs for workers as well as have policies to support and provide vocational training for workers whose labor contracts have been terminated.

To resolve this issue, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee directs the police, relevant departments and branches and People's Committees of districts and cities in the province to consider and resolve according to their functions and tasks or report and propose to competent authorities to resolve according to regulations. The implementation results must be reported to the Provincial People's Committee and sent to Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor to respond to voters.
