In the third quarter of 2023, in addition to international and domestic news, public opinion in the province is interested in the groundbreaking of the Quang Tri Industrial Park project; accelerating the progress of the My Thuy Port Project, starting the Quang Tri Airport... and hoping that the projects will create momentum to promote the province's socio-economic development.

Pay attention to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee to make a plan to arrange administrative units at district and commune levels in Quang Tri province for the period 2023 - 2025; monitor, pay attention to and respond to the National Digital Transformation Day on October 10 with the theme "Exploiting digital data to create value" with many practical activities...

In addition, unsafe conditions, many serious traffic accidents in Trieu Phong and Gio Linh districts and some other localities; fraud in cyberspace tends to increase and become more and more complicated, attacking many different subjects in society; illegal trade in fireworks, smuggled goods, goods of unknown origin, fake goods, poor quality goods is increasing... also causing public concern and worry.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department strictly implements the regulations on receiving, advising, and proactively coordinating to promptly resolve issues that people reflect. After receiving information, depending on the nature, content, and specific case, the information receiving department coordinates with the locality, relevant sectors, and social public opinion collaborators to analyze, verify, provide information, and resolve issues that people reflect, recommend, and propose.

Social opinion collaborators have promptly grasped and objectively and honestly reflected the opinions of cadres, party members and people on various areas of social life according to the locality, industry and field where collaborators work and live. Coordinated to grasp, verify and process information about social opinion reflected through information channels.

At the conference, delegates focused on reflecting issues of public concern such as: the current situation of food safety and hygiene, traffic safety, smuggling of smuggled goods and fireworks across the border; political security, social order and safety; and the living conditions of workers at enterprises in the last month of the year.

Regarding the propaganda orientation in the coming time, provincial social opinion collaborators continue to be proactive in grasping and orienting public opinion on socio-economic development results, mobilizing people to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements.

Proactively follow the situation, promptly grasp and orientate pressing and prominent issues occurring in the area such as: site clearance, environmental pollution, security and order, natural disasters, epidemics... Focus on grasping, responding, improving the quality of orienting public opinion, especially online public opinion, ensuring timeliness, effectiveness, and compliance with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.

Fight, prevent, and promptly handle all criminal activities and violations of the law. Be proactive and creative in disseminating information, combating, and refuting distorted, erroneous, and hostile viewpoints.

Propagating, grasping and responding to the results of the 8th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, the instructions of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the conference, the level of understanding, correct understanding and implementation in practice. Proactively grasp the situation of public opinion issues related to the Lunar New Year 2024.
