Hanoi: Hundreds of facility owners trained on fire prevention and fighting data

On September 5, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area No. 13 (Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department - Hanoi City Police) organized training, guidance on declaration and updating information for hundreds of facility owners on fire prevention and fighting in Thanh Xuan, Khuong Dinh and Phuong Liet wards.

At the conference, officers of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team No. 13 disseminated legal regulations related to the declaration and updating of data on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue as stipulated in Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP dated May 15, 2025 of the Government ; procedures for equipping and connecting fire alarm transmission equipment to the national database system on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue.

These are important legal regulations to improve the effectiveness of state management, ensure timely and accurate information to serve the command, management and handling of fire and explosion incidents and accidents; at the same time, they are utilities to help detect fire and explosion incidents early, minimizing damage when fire and explosion occur to people and businesses.

The leader of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 13 emphasized that all facilities under the management of fire prevention and fighting must be responsible for declaring and updating the facility's information into the declaration software of the database system on fire prevention, fighting, rescue, and fire alarm transmission, after completing the installation of the database system and be responsible for the accuracy of the declared information.

The officers of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 13 guided the process of declaring, periodically updating, checking, comparing and verifying data on the system; exchanged, answered questions, guided how to handle specific situations, and at the same time oriented the coordination method between units, facilities and the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police force, and the Ward People's Committee to ensure synchronous, unified and effective implementation, helping the heads of the facilities to grasp the process, easily declare and update information according to regulations.

In addition, the unit also disseminates regulations on the deadline for declaring and updating information of the facility from the date the facility completes the equipment and connection of fire alarm transmission equipment to the database system on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue, and fire alarm transmission.

In case there is any change in information compared to the previously declared information, it must complete updating the changed information into the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, Rescue and Fire Alarm Transmission Database within the prescribed time limit.

This is a new point for all establishments, a very important task, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management, and making an important contribution to the prevention and timely handling of fire and explosion risks.
