According to the organizers, the contest aims to find, train and nurture young talents for children from 1 to 15 years old across the country. This will be a playground for children to freely express their talents and unique personalities with unlimited interests and passions.
Accordingly, the registration and application process will last until April 10 and the preliminary round will begin from April 13 to 14. In the preliminary round, contestants will perform a performance no longer than 45 seconds for the judges to review and evaluate in a knockout format.
In the Theater round taking place on April 28, contestants will perform a performance no longer than 45 seconds for the judges to review and evaluate in a knockout format (this round requires contestants to fully prepare music and performance costumes).
Next is the semi-final round taking place on June 9, where the contestants perform their entries after practicing with highly qualified professional coaches and present them to the judges for review and evaluation in the form of scoring according to the criteria set by the contest.

According to the contest rules, the judges will decide 80% of the scoring based on criteria such as creative content, difficulty, investment in costumes, images, etc. and the remaining 20% will be voted on by the people, scoring the contestants through social networking platforms.
The prize structure for the Champion is 100 million VND, 1st Runner-up is 30 million VND, 2nd Runner-up is 15 million VND.
In addition, there is also a best media prize of 10 million VND and 5 million VND for the audience who predicts the fastest and most accurately the number of people who correctly predict the Champion title.
