Due to the impact of storm No. 5, the eye of the storm will enter Nghe An province at around 3:00 p.m. today (August 25). To ensure the safety of traffic participants when the storm enters, the Traffic Police Department recommends that vehicles limit travel on National Highway 1A and the North-South Expressway in Nghe An province this afternoon.

According to the Traffic Police Department, if necessary, the authorities will organize road closures, vehicles will proactively find suitable routes and parking areas to ensure safety and strictly comply with the orders and instructions of the authorities.

As reported, on the morning of August 25, at the Forward Command Center located at the headquarters of Military Region 4, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha held a quick meeting to direct response work to storm No. 5.
