At the same time, the commune will focus on attracting investment, promoting digital transformation in all fields, managing and protecting resources and the environment, comprehensively developing culture and society, improving people's lives, and maintaining national defense and security.

Aspiration to break through with breakthrough goals

The resolution also sets out 16 specific targets, including 14 targets on socio -economics and environment and 2 targets on Party building and political system building. Notably, these targets are all breakthroughs, demonstrating Tho Tang's strong aspirations to rise: By 2030, the state budget revenue in the area will reach 70 billion VND, total social investment capital will reach 3,560 billion VND; strive by 2030, the total number of enterprises in the area will reach 376, with 50 individual production and business establishments converted into enterprises; the rate of cadres and civil servants trained in digital skills will reach 98%.

The rate of administrative procedures processed online is 98%; the rate of trained workers is 83%. The rate of poor households has decreased to 0.4%. Strive for 100% of schools to meet national standards; 98% of domestic solid waste to be collected and treated. 100% of the rural population has access to clean water that meets standards.

To realize the above goals, the Party Committee of the commune has identified strategic tasks and breakthroughs. The focus is on improving the leadership capacity of the Party Committee; building a government and a team of cadres with qualities and capacities to meet new requirements. In addition, it is necessary to review and build a planning system for Tho Tang commune until 2030, with a vision to 2050.

Mr. Dam Huu Khanh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tho Tang commune, affirmed: "We will continue to organize the apparatus "Slim - Lean - Strong - Effective - Effective - Efficient" associated with restructuring and building a team of qualified, competent and prestigious cadres. Not only stopping at traditional trade, Tho Tang is moving towards a more comprehensive development model.
