Specifically, regarding the construction of 100 primary and secondary boarding schools in border communes , the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to urgently review and complete the draft Resolution of the Government promulgating the Action Plan to implement Notice No. 81-TB/TW dated July 18, 2025 of the Politburo on the policy of investing in building schools for border communes to ensure quality, in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister in Notice of Conclusion No. 438/TB-VPCP dated August 22, 2025, Document No. 6725/VPCP-KGVX dated July 19, 2025 and Document No. 7889/VPCP-KGVX dated August 23, 2025; submit to the Government before August 31, 2025.
Regarding the completion of the draft Decree regulating policies on tuition fees, exemption, reduction, support for tuition fees, support for learning costs and service prices in the field of education and training , the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Education and Training to urgently coordinate with the Ministries of Finance, Health , Culture, Sports and Tourism to jointly review and unify the content of receiving and explaining the opinions of Government members; on that basis, complete the draft Decree to ensure correctness, adherence and conformity with the Party's policies and legal regulations; submit to Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long before August 29, 2025.
Regarding the drafting of the Decree on supporting lunch for primary and secondary school students studying in land border communes, the Ministry of Education and Training urgently works with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice and relevant agencies to complete the dossier to submit the draft Decree on supporting lunch for primary and secondary school students studying in land border communes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with the policies and guidelines of the Party and State and legal regulations; submit to the Government for consideration and promulgation before August 31, 2025.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministries of Finance, Justice, Health, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Construction and relevant agencies and localities to closely and promptly coordinate with the Ministry of Education and Training to complete the above tasks, ensuring quality and timeliness according to regulations.
