Speaking at the Signing Ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Tien, Director of the Vietnam Women's Academy, emphasized: "One of the core tasks of the Vietnam Women's Academy is to train high-quality human resources, capable of adapting to the rapid changes of the labor market. To carry out this mission, the Vietnam Women's Academy cannot rely solely on academic knowledge, but needs the companionship and support of businesses - practical 'teachers' in the production and business environment.

Training linked to practice is an inevitable trend. Cooperating with businesses helps the Vietnam Women's Academy adjust its curriculum closer to the needs of society, while affirming its commitment to accompany students on their journey of learning, research and entrepreneurship. Today's signing is an important bridge for students to learn while doing, to experience and train in a real professional environment."

Director Tran Quang Tien also affirmed that this cooperation not only brings benefits to students (opportunities to intern at prestigious businesses, participate in vocational skills training courses, access to a professional working environment and have the opportunity to be recruited immediately after graduation), but also creates a connection channel for businesses to access young, well-trained, creative and enthusiastic human resources.

Representing the businesses participating in the signing, Mr. Bui Trung Kien - Vice President of Vietnam E-commerce Association also expressed his expectations for this cooperation. Emphasizing the importance of developing digital commerce in the context of the digital economy becoming a key driving force of the country, Mr. Bui Trung Kien said: "In the digital age, the application of technology and the development of e-commerce is not only a trend, but also an essential requirement for businesses to survive and develop. To do so, we need a generation of digital citizens - people who are not only knowledgeable, but also have creative thinking, flexible technology application skills and the ability to adapt to the constant changes of the market. Cooperation between the Association and businesses in general with the Vietnam Women's Academy is how we create a new generation of human resources - dynamic, professional, ready to start a business and integrate internationally. This is the social responsibility of businesses, and also an opportunity for us to seek and nurture young talents, accompanying the sustainable development of Vietnam's digital economy."
