Executive Committee Conference of the Cooperative Alliance of Hung Yen province for the 2020 - 2025 term

On the morning of September 11, the Cooperative Alliance of Hung Yen province held a meeting of the Executive Committee (EC) for the 2020-2025 term. Attending the meeting was comrade Ngo Thi Kim Hoan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Comrade Ngo Thi Kim Hoan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented flowers to congratulate the Provincial Cooperative Union.

At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Cooperative Union deployed the following contents: Approving the draft Working Regulations of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Cooperative Union; the draft Regulations on emulation and rewards; Regulations on collection and use of membership fees. Delegates attending the conference focused on discussing and contributing ideas to improve the operational efficiency of the Provincial Cooperative Union in the coming time.

In recent times, the Provincial Cooperative Union has increased support for collective economic organizations to promote trade, connect supply and demand, and provide market consulting; focusing on supporting cooperatives and cooperative groups to promote digital transformation, promote and consume products on digital platforms; organize many training courses to improve capacity for members and workers. In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Provincial Cooperative Union has organized 105 training courses for over 10,500 cooperative managers and members; supported 340 cooperatives to participate in trade promotion fairs; built 106 cooperative models associated with value chains; supported 2 cooperative models to apply science and technology in production.

Comrade Ngo Thi Kim Hoan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee Chairman to collectives with outstanding achievements.

At the conference, the Decision on merging the former Hung Yen and Thai Binh Cooperative Unions was announced; the Decision on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Cooperative Union; announcing and saying goodbye to leaders and specialized officials; and at the same time announcing and rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the collective economic development movement.
